PRO1146 Clerk of Works Sefton Park (Priority Building Project)

Sefton Park is one of YHG's Priority Building Projects. The works fall under the Building Safety Act and Building Safety Regulator approvals. YHG are anticipating BSR approval in November 2026 and works to commence in the new year. The services are for Clerk of Works for all blocks at Sefton Park for the project.
