Specialist mental health counselling and work-focused online wellbeing support

To provide Step Up participants with rapid access to up to six counselling sessions delivered by suitably qualified practitioners matched to their individual needs, followed by 12 weeks of online wellbeing support. The service is designed to improve mental wellbeing, reduce barriers to employment and increase engagement with employability support.
