Windows and Doors (Watermead, Riverside, Kingsmead)

Curo's Asset Management team have a responsibility to manage the condition of windows and doors across our housing stock. The condition of these components at Watermead, Riverside & Kingsmead (Bath) means there is a replacement requirement at these blocks. This contract will aim to deliver the following number of component replacements: • 231 windows and 25 doors at Kingsmead Court, Bath • 273 windows and 38 doors at Riverside Gardens, Bath • 189 windows and 34 doors at Watermead Close, Bath
