IWC Occupational Therapy - Referral backlog

To provide an immediate response to enable the IWC to deliver against the increasing backlog of OT referrals and assessments which is having an impact on the local community. Given the increasing backlog and the need for a consistent, scalable solution, we are now pursuing alternative provider options to ensure timely and effective service delivery for local individuals. The OT practice are already supporting the OT team with Blue badges and Childrens DFG referrals.
