Provision of a Patient Transport Advice Centre

Provision of a Patient Transport Advice Centre (PTAC) to provide a centralised booking, triage and coordination service that manages access to Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS). Primary role is to ensure eligible patients can access transport to NHS-funded care and that transport resources are used appropriately, safely and efficiently. The service will be delivered for BSW ICB, Somerset ICB, Dorset ICB and Gloucestershire ICB with BSW ICB being the lead contracting authority
