Improving Homes and Wellbeing Service

South Gloucestershire Council have developed an Improving Homes and Wellbeing Service to identify needs and provide support to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals in the community. The project aims to support and empower individuals to help themselves to improve their homes and wellbeing. SGC have received a grant from Public Health for 1 year to invest in the service.
