Cheshire and Warrington Combined Authority - Interim Head of Finance

The Combined Authority is building its finance team and capability, and is recruiting an interim Head of Finance (Deputy S73 officer). This role is fundamental to the set up of the organisation, and will lead the Combined Authority's work on developing financial management and systems of internal financial control. The role will also lead in the development of the Combined Authority's budget for 2027 onwards, and support the Authority through the fiscal devolution agenda.
