Family Dispersed Temporary Accommodation and Support Services

Provision of 33 units of dispersed temporary accommodation and housing-related support services for homeless families within the Borough of Rochdale. The service provides self-contained family accommodation and person-centred housing support to assist the Council in meeting its statutory homelessness duties under Part 7 of the Housing Act 1996, reducing reliance on bed and breakfast accommodation and supporting sustainable housing outcomes.
