The Guinness Partnership Limited (including where relevant on behalf of its subsidiaries) sough to appoint a suitable a Consultant to deliver Lift Inspection services across its portfolio for all Passenger and Domestic lift assets. This will provide a critical service to ensure compliance with the PUWER (Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998) and LOLER (Lift Operation Lift Equipment Regulations 1998) for the maintenance and safety of lifting equipment in residential buildings.
