Valuation for the purposes of Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972

The London Borough of Hackney (“LBH”) is seeking quotations to provide a Market Rent valuation for the purposes of Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 for all of their Leisure properties which are operated by Greenwich Leisure Limited (“GLL”).
