The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office ("FCDO") has a project to fit out the new Deputy High Commission office at One Lodha Place, Mumbai, India (the "Project"). The existing office has reached the end of its useable life and is not considered economically viable to refurbish. FCDO has purchased approximately 60% of a single floorplate within the new office tower (GIA 1,250sqm; effective useable office area 998sqm).
