The commission will support the Authority in preparing a robust, practical and deliverable specification for a connected, multi-node mobility hub approach across Malvern. The principal locations are Great Malvern, Malvern Link and Barnards Green, with Great Malvern and Malvern Link railway stations treated as key rail gateways. It is a design-only commission and does not include construction, installation, infrastructure supply or maintenance.
