Colleague Wellbeing Training and Awareness

The provision of a training partner to support the delivery of an organisation-wide colleague wellbeing training and awareness programme, that strengthens the NHSBSA's prevention approach, increases confidence of its internal trainers and ensures high-quality wellbeing conversations across its diverse workforce.
