Declarations of Interest Management System

Provision of a Declarations of Interest (DOI) management system (Civica Declare), including hosting of a single consolidated database for NHS Surrey and Sussex ICB, migration of legacy data from existing systems, and ongoing system support and maintenance. Total contract value over 3 years = £37,180 inclusive of VAT (This includes a one-off migration fee of £3,000) Contract value per annum = £9,328 exclusive of VAT Contract commences 1st October 2026 and expires 30th September 2029.
