UK_1510 Consultancy MEL Support

The uplift grant funding has been earmarked to support between 15-17 projects. For many of these uplift projects, the remainder of Year 1 (July 2026 - March 2027) has been allotted for conducting scoping research and establishing strong Theories of Change and & MEL systems. The British Council is therefore seeking a supplier/ consultant to support us in overseeing this MEL activity.
