Pagabo have been engaged by Clerk Capel Parish Council to support with the procurement of a Contractor to refurbish the Capel village hall, with a loan of £1.5 million, inclusive of professional fees. The decision was made in April 2026 to undertake an Expression of Interest via the National Framework Agreement for Medium Works 2023.
