The contract is for the provision of ad-hoc responsive repairs, maintenance, and void based works to various properties throughout Citizen's portfolio. The scope will include: Electrical Installation works Plumbing and Sanitary works Plastering and Carpentry works Kitchen installation and repair Bathroom installation and repair.
