Dukes Square Development - Employer's Agent

Horsham District Homes (HDH) Limited is delivering an affordable housing development at Dukes Square, Horsham, West Sussex. HDH Ltd has procured, through Horsham District Council, an Employer's Agent in connection with a development of nine affordable housing units at the site of the MT garage, Dukes Square, Denne Road, Horsham with the main works intended to be procured using the JCT Design & Build Contract 2024. The contract has been awarded after the conclusion of a closed RFQ exercise.
