Velindre Cancer Centre Roof Repairs

Provision of remedial roof waterproofing repairs at Velindre Cancer Centre, including the repair of 196 identified defects across multiple roof zones. The works will restore the integrity of the existing roof waterproofing system, reduce the risk of water ingress, protect the hospital estate and support the continued safe operation of clinical services. The contract has been awarded via a direct award under the WPA Framework, Lot RS5, Workstream 1 – Traditional Flat Roofing.
