Roofline Replacement at Prince Edward Court

South Tyneside Council require a contractor to carry works for a roofline replacement at Prince Edward Court in South Shields. Works to include the removal and replacement of fascias, soffits and rainwater goods to all elevations to the building. Including, the renewal of the timber cladding in areas around the building.
