Specialist and Multi-Discipline Cycling Facilities Feasibility Study

A feasibility study into the provision of specialist indoor and outdoor cycling facilities, alongside broader multi-discipline cycling facilities and complementary multi-sport provision within the Borough. A further competition was conducted using Sports England Active Environments Framework, Lot A- Strategic Outcomes Planning and Leisure Services Delivery.
