NCC202600247 - Provision of a security services to Docks Way sites

Security services at Docks Way is provided by Central FM Services – the services were procured and the contract expired with a view to retender. Security frameworks were reviewed but services don’t suit the requirements of the site for manned guard overnight at the site. The Council intends to tender for security services at Docks Way and is preparing documents to tender January 2027. An extension to the excepted contract is required to cover the timescales for tender.
