Dukes Square Development - Clerk of Works

Horsham District Homes (HDH) Limited is delivering an affordable housing development at Dukes Square, Horsham, West Sussex. HDH Ltd has procured, through Horsham District Council, a Clerk of Works in connection with a development of nine affordable housing units at the site of the MT garage, Dukes Square, Denne Road, Horsham with the main works intended to be procured using the JCT Design & Build Contract 2024. The contract has been awarded after the conclusion of a closed RFQ exercise.
