PAN3572 - Land Developing Opportunities within the City of Leicester

Leicester City Council has recently adopted a new Local Plan which sets out a vision and objectives for Leicester’s growth until 2036. The Plan identifies 28 non-strategic sites for development, to be delivered in the next 10 years, to help meet affordable housing need in the city.
