Food and Green Waste Treatment

Oxfordshire County Council (OCC) is undertaking preliminary market engagement to inform its future procurement strategy for the treatment and recycling of food waste and green (garden) waste arising within Oxfordshire. The Council currently utilises a combination of anaerobic digestion (AD), windrow composting and in-vessel composting (IVC) facilities under existing contractual arrangements.
