Darwin Park Re-surfacing

Darwin Park provides play to a number of residents in the area. Currently the play surface is grass with rubber matting requiring enhanced maintenance and not providing sufficient adequate all weather play. Wetpour/rubber crumb provides all weather, all year round safer play.
