Pre-Market Engagement The Mill Academy

This is a pre-market engagement exercise to inform the market of Barnsley Council's requirements for which a tender will be published in the near future. The Council is intending to undertake a procurement exercise for the appointment of a main contractor to deliver significant alterations, refurbishment and fit-out works to the existing building, together with associated external works, including highways, parking, drainage and recreational facilities.
