POW-DCO-63744 - Replacement of Defective Roof to Rear of Monnow Ward Bronllys

The existing building which houses the finance section along with other office based services was a general ward on Bronllys Hospital site originally constructed in the late 1940’s. The building has flat roof at the rear which is beyond normal repair work and will require complete replacement.
