This procurement seeks to replace the current multi-supplier model for garden furniture with a single contracted supplier. Existing spend of approximately £377k per annum (Inc VAT). By consolidating spend under one contract, Anchor aims to leverage purchasing volumes, reduce administrative overhead, improve contract governance, standardise product offerings, and secure a consistent and reliable supply of garden furniture across the business.
