CoPath Support and maintenance contract

The Trust currently operates CoPath, which is due to be replaced by the regional WINPATH LIMS solution. Both systems are supplied by Clinisys. The required iteration of the regional solution is currently under development, with implementation/go-live anticipated in approximately two years. The proposed arrangement is therefore a time-limited interim requirement to maintain continuity of the existing LIMS service until transition to the regional solution.
