Refurbishment and conversion of Avenue Mansions, Lowestoft

East Suffolk Council (‘the Council’, ‘ESC’) is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced main contractor to carry out refurbishment and conversion works to an existing building in North Lowestoft to provide 14 flats and amenity space. The building currently comprises 12 flats, office space, a cellar and a central stairway and lift.
