Providing support to those most at risk from local climate impacts via established relationships in the community with health and other community-based organisations. Advocacy support will provide a more integrated pathway between immediate energy advice, health and wellbeing support, and longer-term home energy improvements, as well as tailored one-to-one support for vulnerable households.
