CR_5445 Consumer Survey on Secondary Ticketing

This is an awarded contract and has been published for transparency purposes. This procurement is to deliver a baseline online consumer survey on purchasing and reselling tickets for live events in the UK. The research will provide baseline evidence for monitoring and evaluation of the planned policy to cap resale prices at face value and will improve understanding of pricing, fees, platforms, consumer behaviour and consumer harm in the ticket resale market.
