The placement of the roofing membrane and timber decking to a 6 bay modular nursery building following water damage sustained through previous leaks. Although the date contract signed field states 20/07/2026 this is to allow the notice to validate as a date later than contract start cannot be entered. The actual contract was signed 07/10/2026.
