The Welsh Government launched its Disabled People's Rights Plan on the 15th of December 2025. The Disabled People’s Rights Plan sets out a 10-year cross-government framework to advance the rights and opportunities of disabled people in Wales, removing societal barriers, and challenging the prejudice and discrimination they face.
