Bereavement and Customer Relationship Management Solution for Lake View Bereavement Centre

East Cambridgeshire District Council is seeking an experienced supplier to provide a Bereavement and Customer Relationship Management Solution for their Lake View Bereavement Centre. The contract will include provision, installation, configuration and training of a Bereavement and Customer Relationship Management system, including diary scheduling, cremations, burials, memorial management, finance, reporting and Funeral Director Portal modules.
