Service Maintenance Contract for Sheffield Teaching Hospitals Community Buildings

The Trust has a requirement for a suitable maintenance Supplier to provide Building and Engineering Maintenance services to 7 community-based properties either owned or leased by STH. This contract shall be mainly reactive maintenance although some planned preventative maintenance and monitoring is included.
