Neighbourhoods technical advisor role

To provide independent, expert technical and operational advice to the Executive Director - Operations on the performance, resilience, and improvement of neighbourhood-based operational services, with a particular focus on: • Waste and recycling services • Garage and fleet-related operational interfaces • Service reliability issues (e.g. missed bins) • Workforce models, including the implementation and optimisation of a 4 day working week
