The purpose of this scope of works (SoW) by the Oil and Pipelines Agency (OPA) is to support a Site Investigation from the findings of the 2023 John Grimes Monitoring Report comprising groundwater monitoring at Oil Fuel Depot (OFD) Thanckes. The Works required would be in support with ongoing ground investigations on site dating back to 2014 (Jacobs).
