Dog Warden and Dog Kennelling Services

Stoke-on-Trent City Council is looking to award a contract for the provision of a Dog Warden and Dog Kennelling Services to discharge it's statutory duty of Public Protection under Section 149 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, as amended by Section 68 of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005. Providers will be required to collect and detain stray dogs, return seized dogs to any identifiable owner, keep a register of stray dogs detained and retain the dogs for a period of seven days.
