Cheshire and Warrington Combined Authority - Consultant Support to input to Northern Powerhouse Rail and TfN Rail North Activities

Cheshire & Warrington Combined Authority and other Cheshire Potteries Sub-Region authorities require ongoing consultant support to input to Northern Powerhouse Rail (including Liverpool Manchester Railway) and TfN's Rail North activities. This will involve representing the group at relevant meetings and coordinating the groups meetings and responses on relevant matters. In addition, support is required for the Cheshire and Warrington Combined Authority area on general rail work stream initiatives.
