Evaluation of the pilot phase of Marine Recovery Action Plans

Natural England is testing a proposed process for developing Marine Recovery Action Plans (M-RAPs), and requires a light touch process evaluation (in keeping with the overall scale of the project) at two pilot M-RAP sites.
