Engagement, Customer Feedback and Co-production Support for Adult Social Care

City of York Council Adult Social Care (ASC) is undertaking a programme of improvement following the recent assessment by the Care Quality Commission. ASC is seeking to commission a provider to support improvements in engagement, customer feedback and co-production. This will include working with people with lived experience to understand the current landscape and co-produce a more sustainable and effective approach to engagement and participation.
