Public Art in bus shelters

We are looking for an artist to tender their services to install some form of public art in two of our village bus shelters. The produced artwork must be a) thematic, reflecting village features, b) durable, weather and vandal proof and c) low maintenance. The contract has a maximum value of £38,000 Community participation is also a requirement, ideally working with our First School, Youth Club, WI etc.
