Severn Trent intends to go out to tender for its Groundworks, Trenchless Installation and Ancillary Civil Engineering Services requirements for Mains Renewal, with the aim of establishing an in-house framework as a long-term solution for the remainder of AMP8. It is anticipated that Severn Trent will act as both Principal Designer and Principal Contractor under this arrangement.
