EICR Testing & Remedial Works

Appointment of 4 contractors (x3 in our Southern regions & x1 for Northwest England) to cover electrical testing across our stock. The contract is to carry out periodic electrical testing to both domestic and communal properties with electrical supply that L&Q have responsibility to maintain. Completion of C1 and C2’s along with any defined requirements beyond this within self cert limits ensuring to evidence any remediation.
