GMCA 2027 Stock Condition Survey

GMCA are inviting feedback from potential suppliers in relation to the delivery of a stock condition model for Greater Manchester. It is expected that the model/survey would be a desktop survey which would provide modelled outputs. The survey outputs would allow the GMCA and the 10 Greater Manchester local authorities to compare the data produced with historic stock condition data, based on type and level of hazards within the Housing Health and Safety Rating system.
