Legal Support to the Ministry of Defence for the Typhoon Future Support Contract. The Typhoon Future Support Contract is the latest project and MoD requires advice on proposed amendments/extensions to the existing contracts with NETMA (known as “Contract 1” and “Contract 3”) and direct agreement with BAE Systems. The former are subject to German law and therefore the Supplier shall arrange for a legal opinion to be provided by German law firm, GVW.
