1.1 Cheshire East Council ("the Council") requires a single contractor to provide services associated with the construction of a concrete wheeled sports facility at The Carrs Wilmslow, SK9 4AA 1.2 The Carrs is one of the main open spaces within Wilmslow, in 2025 the steel wheeled sports facility was inspected and found to be end of life due to excessive corrosion as a result the facility was removed.
