The delivery of a West Midlands private rented sector tenant engagement survey

The survey will provide the West Midlands Combined Authority and local authorities with a robust evidence base on the experiences of private renters in the West Midlands. The survey will explore key themes including housing conditions, affordability, tenant experiences and challenges, and awareness of recent legislative changes. It will establish a baseline for understanding the PRS in the West Midlands.
